What we do
We can repair and customize almost any wheel on the market today. We can fix wheels
that are bent, broken, scratched and gouged.
Wheels that come in to be reconditioned are inspected and straightened if needed. Any
repairs that need to be welded are done at this time as well. The wheels are then
completely stripped to bare aluminum with the use of stainless steel shot. A powdercoat
epoxy primer is applied and baked at 400*F for 10min. Then a coat of the
appropriate color is applied and baked. If the wheel has a machined finish it is then
machined using our CNC lathe. A final coat of clear powdercoat is then applied over the
wheel and baked to seal the color and aluminum against the harsh elements they are
subjected to.
